#20Time Reflection #2

Hey guys!  Sorry I haven't posted in a while.  Anyways I've been researching some places/companies that do face casting near me and I'm pretty sure I've found one that may allow me to get a cast done.  A face cast is a mold of someones face used to make custom a prosthetic that fits their face.  I would like to get one for my project to have more custom and professional look.  Recently I did a torn face look along my neck and face with some household items.  I used toilet paper for the flesh, eyelash glue (since I didn't have any liquid latex), and eyeshadows to create the prosthetic look.  I topped it off with some fake blood to add to the effect.  It is designed to where when you turn your head to the side, it gives the illusion of a torn off face.  This specific look goes to show how much lighting and CGI is used to sell the illusion in productions.  When I took a picture from the side with my face against a black background, you could still see the pigmentation of my natural skin underneath.  When I changed the lighting and did some retouching, the illusion was much more believable.  I will try to get some pictures up to show the difference as soon as I can.
